Will you replace my existing suppliers?

No — and that is the point. We are not a trading company and we don't manufacture. Your existing factories stay your factories, your purchasing team stays in charge. We join them as their China-side support: finding, verifying, inspecting, following up, solving problems. The purchasing decision is always yours. We are the team in China that makes it all work.

Are you a factory yourselves?

No. We are a China-based international trade and supply chain service company. We don't manufacture — but we are not searching from scratch either. 300+ factories are deeply bound to us with standing agreements: partner pricing, priority capacity, first response. When you ask us for a quote, it comes from a factory that answers to us first — or from your existing factories if you already have them.

So are you a trading company?

Not in the way most people mean it. We don't take title to goods, and we don't resell under our own brand. Our core work is procurement on your behalf — we buy for you, with you. The order is in your name, paid to the factory by you or routed through our account, shipped to your port. We are the China-side team that makes sure the buying actually goes right.

What if the goods fail inspection?

You get a written report within 24 hours. If something is wrong, we coordinate rework, replacement, or refund negotiation with the factory before the container leaves. 99.2% of our inspections pass on the first try — the remaining cases are caught and fixed before shipment.

Can you develop custom products (OEM / ODM)?

Yes — that is a core part of our work, not an exception. If there is no finished product on the market, send us a sketch, a sample, a reference link or just the requirement. Our bound partner factories develop the solution with you, quote the tooling and unit cost, make pre-production samples for your approval, and produce under your brand. OEM and ODM are both welcome.

How fast can you reply?

Within 30 min during working hours (09:00–21:00 GMT+8). Out of hours we reply by morning. For urgent audit requests, we can be on a factory floor in 48 hrs.

Will you share my contact with factories I didn't approve?

No. We only contact factories after you confirm which category of supplier you want us to approach, and we never share your WhatsApp / email until you explicitly approve that specific factory introduction.
