Supplier Sourcing

You tell us what you need — product spec, quantity, target price, destination port. Most requests start from our 300+ deeply bound partner factories — factories that already work with us under standing agreements, at partner pricing — not from a cold internet search. We come back with 3-5 candidate factories, with quotes, lead times, MOQs, and payment terms compared side-by-side.

Factory Verification

Before you commit, we visit the factory. License, production line, capacity, real customer list — we audit on-site and write you a report with photos and a pass / fail verdict. If something looks off, we tell you before you wire the deposit.

Quality Inspection

Pre-shipment inspection, during-production checks, or both. AQL-based sampling, photo and video report in 24 hrs. If something is wrong, we coordinate rework or replacement before the container leaves.

Order Follow-up

Once production starts, we send weekly photo and video updates. Production calendar, milestone calls, and delay flags before they hit your delivery window. You see the same things we see.

Problem Solving

If something goes wrong after delivery — claim, quality issue, wrong spec — we still pick up. Claim handling, replacement coordination, refund negotiation with the factory. We don't disappear.

Healthcare & Medical Consumables

Medical is a core category of ours, not an occasional one. We source from NMPA-registered manufacturers of consumables and disposables — CVC kits, catheters, anaesthesia circuits, IV lines, syringes, wound care — and we know what healthcare buyers are actually audited on: the paperwork. We collect it before you commit, not after the container sails.

OEM (your brand on our factories' products) and ODM (designed from your requirement) are both welcome — exclusive molds and exclusive designs can be contracted.
